The Senate late Thursday confirmed John Norris and Tony Clark for five-year terms on the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
Both were approved by voice vote. Norris, a Democrat from Iowa, was first appointed by President Barack Obama in 2009 to serve the remainder of the term of former chairman Joseph T. Kelliher.
