Obama to use Colorado wind tower factory to rap Romney

President Barack Obama, sensing a misstep on wind power by Mitt Romney, plans to test his challenger on the issue Thursday in a state considered crucial to both candidates.
A campaign aide said Obama will use a local Vestas wind tower factory during a stop in Pueblo, Colo., to press his call for an extension of the wind production tax credit, and to score Romney for endorsing its expiration at the end of 2012.
