Obama pushes back against Congress on biofuels, wind

The Obama administration pressed ahead Monday with its clean energy agenda despite resistance in Congress to more military biofuels purchases and continued tax breaks for wind energy projects.

Administration officials unveiled new spending on military-use biofuel development. Officials also announced the latest steps toward approval of the world's largest wind farm, in Wyoming, and the first federal Atlantic Ocean offshore wind lease sale.
