Jaczko: No timetable for San Onofre nuclear plant restart

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission says it's too soon to talk about a potential restart at the idled San Onofre nuclear plant on the California coast.

The statement Monday by Chairman Gregory Jaczko comes just days after a company executive said operator Southern California Edison was hoping for a possible June restart of the troubled plant.
