EPA appeals court rejection of Cross State Air Pollution Rule

The Obama administration on Friday appealed a federal court's rejection of its Cross State Air Pollution Rule.
In a petition to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia for a re-hearing by the entire bench, the Environmental Protection Agency said the ruling in August represented a "rewriting" of the Clean Air Act and that a three-judge panel overstepped limits on its jurisdiction.
