CEO switch: Duke Energy seeks delay in testimony

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — Duke Energy Corp. asked state regulators Tuesday for a weekslong postponement of testimony by two top directors about the surprise CEO switch at the top of America's largest electric company.
The North Carolina Utilities Commission last week ordered Duke Energy board members Ann Maynard Grey of Stamford, Conn., and Michael Browning of Indianapolis to testify on Friday.
