Congress turns to natural gas, exports and utilities

Congress looks to wrap up a busy pre-Easter stretch this week with new attention on natural gas, including the Obama administration's review of export proposals and the electricity sector's growing usage.

The focus will start on Tuesday at a hearing before the energy panel of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. That same day, White House energy adviser Heather Zichal will headline a forum on President Barack Obama's Energy Security Trust proposal to shift cars and trucks off oil.
