Campaign resumes, as Romney uses coal to make late bid for Pennsylvania

Mitt Romney held off until Wednesday to return to the campaign trail following Hurricane Sandy, but his campaign didn't wait to start slamming President Barack Obama over coal in a fresh attempt to win Pennsylvania.
Romney unveiled a new television ad that sought to tie the loss of coal industry jobs to tougher Environmental Protection Agency regulations under Obama. The president's campaign shot right back, suggesting Romney was "desperate" to make Pennsylvania competitive in the final days of the race.
