To say that the Environmental Protection Agency has been a lightning rod for Republican and industry criticism during the Obama administration is stating the obvious.  Look beyond the outrage in the halls of Congress, however, and there is one place EPA has enjoyed repeated success: the courts.

In fact, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson is on something of a roll in the federal courts, which have largely upheld the agency's regulations, particularly its greenhouse gas rules.
